New Website!

My boredom has finally reached the height of its peak, pushing me to do something productive for once and here we are! It's been a while since I've used Wix so excuse me if there are things out of place and if I work a bit slow, I'm still trying to get used to the new layouts and everything. I also have been slowly working to make the mobile version of the website look better as well, but priority right now is for the desktop site; my humble apologies to mobile viewers.

I've also added a little page visit counter simply because I was curious about where I even have an audience at all or not. I was so happy when I woke up this morning and saw I had 25 visits total through the night!

Note: The 'About Me' page is written in third person POV but it will be the only page written that way. The theme is that this whole site will be in first person as if the site is run by Yaxmi herself.

Anyways, here's a quick virtual walkthrough of my website:

HOME

This is the page that first greets you when you access the website. Clicking on my picture or my name will take you to the 'About Me' page. Clicking on Boreas or his name will take you to his page, and same for Anatolia as well. Boreas' page hasn't been created yet, but Anatolia's is in the works right now. Boreas will be the second dragon to get a page and slowly but (hopefully surely) I can make my way through all 15 of my dragons!

Why are Boreas and Anatolia the only dragons on my home page, you say? Well head over to the 'About Me' page to find out why these two are so special to me!

ALL POSTS

This page is where I'll be putting in my journal entries. My posts will be smaller than this one (so sorry it's this long) and I'll try to do daily journal entries. However, I'll say this now; I make no promises. College is a tough time and my entries will depend according to how busy I am. Please do look forward to it though! An audience is the reason I do this, and feedback is always welcome! I'm thinking of making a comment or feedback page in the website too so look out for it!

ABOUT ME

This section will have some info on me, it's currently written in third person POV but it is the only page that is written this way. I'll have a feedback section up asap so please let me know if there's anything wrong with the site, this page, or if there's too much writing?? I always worry that I write and ramble too much, my essays always tend to go over the word count :(.

DRAGONS

Here will be a list of my dragons which are at a current total of 15. Hm, how about a total counter somewhere on the top of my page eh? I just got the idea as I write this! The list is in alphabetical order (of name) and breed of dragon is also stated.

Anyway there's this cute thing where if you hover over the 'Dragons' it'll give you some text. Currently, Anatolia is the only page that's available and, cute thing returns once again, if you hover over any other dragons' names, a "COMING SOON!" will pop up :) (only on desktop though I'm sorry). This page is under major construction for the mobile site at the moment. Hopefully I can get that done today.
